Localized work or a complete repaint?
Chipped paint, peeling finish or worn exterior areas do not all call for the same approach. Send wide photographs and close-ups so we can discuss whether localized work is practical or whether a larger area should be refinished. The condition of the surrounding coating matters when planning the boundaries of a repair.
Cowlings, wings, tail surfaces and markings
Touch-up requests may involve cowlings, wing or tail surfaces, fuselage areas, fairings or registration changes. List each area separately and describe what you see. If the work requires component removal or additional repair assessment, those arrangements should be included in the scope discussion.
Matching an existing aircraft finish
Paint codes, previous invoices and known product information are useful starting points. Age, fading and earlier repairs can affect how the existing finish looks. We discuss the match and the extent of repainting with you rather than promising that every small repair will be invisible.
Mobile jet touch-up availability
For small jet touch-up jobs, ask about mobile service availability at your airport. Provide the airport, aircraft model, access arrangements and photographs of the work. Availability and suitability must be confirmed for each project; larger repainting work may need to be scheduled at a shop location.
